Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $21.01 - $24.69 / hour

In this rewarding role, youll provide peer mentoring and guidance to families navigating the system of care. By building trusting relationships, you will help identify challenges, reduce barriers to treatment, and connect families to essential emotional, financial, and community resources.
As a Family Advocate, youll empower patients and their families to become confident, informed, and independent by sharing tools, strategies, and support grounded in real-life experience. Your insight and empathy will be key to helping others successfully access services and build a stronger foundation for the future.

Clinical background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or an Associates degree is required. Must have at least 5 years lived experience of being a relative (i.e. parent, care giver, sibling, or other immediate family member) of adult or child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
