Weeghman & Briggs is seeking Rules Analyst Levels 1, 2, & 3 to join our growing team and support an important mission within the Federal Government.

Description:
Responsible for analyzing legal and policy documents to extract key information from the documents in accordance with established guides and procedures. Responsible for identifying compliance obligations in legal and policy documents in accordance with established procedures.
Rules Analyst 1
Qualifications: Requires five (5) years of relevant experience in programs involving agency authorities, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., legal, technical field, library science) from an accredited college or university. A Master's degree or J.D. may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to three (3) years of experience. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree for a total of nine (9) years.
Rules Analyst 2
Qualifications: Requires 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving agency authorities, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., legal, technical field, library science) from an accredited college or university. A Master's degree or J.D. may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight (8) years of experience. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years. Must be a certified paralegal.
Rules Analyst 3
Qualifications: Requires 15 years of relevant experience in programs involving agency authorities, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., legal, technical field, library science) from an accredited college or university. A Master's degree or J.D. may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to 13 years of experience. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree for a total of 19 years. A J.D. and at least 5 years of experience in the legal or technical aspects of Intelligence Community Privacy Compliance are required.
