School Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Travel Position Location: Federal Way, WA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 39 weeks Shift: 5x8s Days, Nights Pay: $1931/week Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality healthcare services to preschool students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting student well-being, promoting a healthy school environment, and collaborating with faculty, families, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: * Provide routine and emergency nursing care to students during the school day. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Perform suctioning and g-tube feeding as needed. * Monitor student health conditions and respond appropriately to medical needs. * Maintain accurate health records and communicate with parents, guardians, and healthcare providers. * Educate students and staff on health practices, safety, and wellness. * Assist with care coordination and individualized healthcare plans.
