Supervisor de Limpieza - Edificio de Condominio - Áreas Públicas.

Horario: 40 horas semanales, 6 días a la semana

Pago: Semanal

Responsabilidades:

• Trabajar áreas asignadas del edificio.
• Supervisar al personal de acuerdo con las obligaciones contractuales.
• Trabajar con el Gerente de Operaciones de C&E, también el Gerente de Edificios y el Jefe de Mantenimiento.
• Mantener el edificio en condiciones limpias, seguras y ordenadas.
• Mantener la profesionalidad en un entorno residencial.

Requerimientos:

• Experiencia en el cuidado de mármol, alfombras y vinilo.
• Servicios de limpieza expertos.
• Experiencia en operación de construcción de condominios, servicio al cliente.
• Habilidades de comunicación.
• Autorización de trabajo de EE. UU.
• Experiencia en la supervisión y gestión de varios empleados bajo su supervisión directa.

Condominium Janitorial Supervisor (FT)

Responsibilities:

• Working on assigned areas of the building.
• Supervise personnel according to contractual obligations.
• Work with the C&E Operations Manager, the Building Manager & Chief of Maintenance.
• Maintain a building in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Maintain professionalism in a residential environment.

Requirements:

• Marble, carpet, and vinyl care experience.
• Expert janitorial services.
• Condominium building operation experience, customer service.
• Communication skills.
• U.S. Work authorization.
• Experience in supervising and managing multiple employees under your direct supervision.
