Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Designer with experience designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites. This role focuses on creating clean, functional, and visually appealing sites — no advanced coding or backend development required.
You’ll work closely with our launch, production, client, and creative team to set up new sites, apply design layouts, manage content, and ensure quality control. Experience with Elementor is a plus, but not required — we can train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites using themes and page builders like Elementor.
· Create design mockups using tools like Figma.
· Add and format content including text, images, videos, and basic SEO.
· Add or manage basic scripts (tracking, chat widgets, forms, WordPress plugins, etc.
· Perform quality control (QC) to ensure websites look great and function properly.
· Ensure design consistency and web best practices across desktop and mobile devices.
· Support and maintain existing client sites and make updates as needed through ticketing system.
· Follow project timelines and communicate progress clearly with the team.
Qualifications
· 1–3 years experience in web design, working with WordPress (or page builder) is a plus
· Good understanding of front-end layout and design, HTML/CSS, scripting is a plus
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
· Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
· Eagerness to learn new tools
