We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 10011 Dixie Hwy location. As the face of our brand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Multitasking capabilities to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
• Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues during peak hours
• Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
• Quick learner with the ability to master pizza-making techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Previous food service experience is a plus, but not necessary – we provide training!
