**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our weekend team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients during the weekend shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions across various patient demographics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to our clinical guidelines and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for each patient.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and the post-discharge care process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Comply with hospital policies, legal regulations, and nursing standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
